What we need in a nutshell
To add to our growing team we have an exciting opportunity opening for a Leisure Duty Manager who is confident in supervising team members. You will manage all aspects of leisure bookings and will delight our guests by organising engaging and fun activities.
Who are we?
Kenwick Park Estate incorporates luxury lodges, holiday homes and a unique country house hotel with leisure club, that combines a traditional feel with modern facilities, all set amongst our stunning woodland area.
Your role will include:
- Ensuring that the pool and related areas are well maintained and cleaned to a high standard.
- Working closely with the operations and general manager to introduce activities for guests.
- Deliver the activity sessions in a safe and professional manner.
- Be responsible for the administration of the booking system required for all activities.
One more thing… holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in pool management.
- Previous experience in delivering activities to all ages.
- Lifeguard trained preferable.
It’s the icing on the cake if you have worked in a similar role on a holiday park but don’t worry if you haven’t, we provide lots of training.
