What we need in a nutshell: We are looking for a Holiday Home Sales Advisor at our beautiful Mill Rythe Holiday Park. You will be offering people the opportunity for Holiday Home Ownership and showcasing our Holiday Homes to potential buyers. You will take ownership of all aspects of Holiday Home Sales. This is an incredible opportunity - Our holiday park is undergoing a major transformation, with significant investments to add new pitches and meet the soaring demand from our amazing holiday makers and owners.
Who are we? We’re an ambitious bunch and have huge aspirations. We’ve spent the last 17 years shaking up the Great British Holiday and have no intention of stopping yet! With 27 locations across the UK, we are passionate about providing excellent experiences to our guests and colleagues.
What you’ll be doing: As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you will be the person who interacts and builds relationships with potential purchasers, giving them the insights that they need to make informed decisions. You will seek out and create opportunities to talk to potential holiday homeowners, and you will guide them through all aspects of holiday home ownership, making sure that they have all the information and support they need. You will have stretching sales targets which you will be keen to exceed; always with the aim that new owners will say that it was a pleasure to buy from you. One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on evenings, weekends and bank holidays too.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
- You will have a real talent for making customers feel special, either on the phone or face-to-face.
- Drivers Licence
- Multi-tasking is second nature to you, and even in the busiest moments, you stay calm and approachable.
- We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a performance-driven environment and loves making a real impact.
It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but we won’t hold it against you if you don’t):
- Previous experience in selling holiday homes or similar high-value products.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales calls to engage potential customers and secure appointments.
- Strong background in a target-driven sales environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
