Location and Contract: Retallack Resort & Spa, Cornwall. Seasonal – Fixed Term Contract. Salary: £13.01 per hour, paid weekly.

About the Company: We are a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday. Retallack Resort and Spa is a luxury spa resort and a lively water sports hub, wrapped up in a stunning countryside location close to the North Cornish coast.

Role Summary: As Guest Services Team Leader, you will deliver delight when guests arrive and check in, help them whenever they need assistance, and handle complaints (rare) in the absence of the Guest Services Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of our slightly bonkers team of holiday heroes, reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will support the Guest Services department.
  • You will spend much of your time with guests: meeting and greeting them, checking them in, making holiday bookings, and resolving complaints so they leave with a smile.
  • Help with duties that fall outside your direct scope if needed.
  • Work during evenings, weekends and bank holidays because holidays happen at holiday times.

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory and customer service skills and experience are a must, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Confident, outgoing personality, outstanding organisational skills, and high resilience under pressure.
  • Comfortable with multi‑tasking, teamwork, and problem solving with initiative.
  • Ensure seamless changeover days; hold excellent communication skills across departments to resolve issues and pass on correct information.

Nice to have:

  • Experience of using booking systems, especially Parcvu.
  • Holiday park experience.
