About The Role
We are looking for a Team Leader to join us in one of our bars, restaurants and outlets here at Tattershall Lakes. We have eight different venues across the park, all of which have their own unique concepts and varied team sizes. Experience is not necessary but preferred; full training will be provided. A can-do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends, including bank holidays, is also essential.

What You Will Be Doing
We need someone who understands that a first-class guest experience is an essential part of their stay at Tattershall Lakes. Here are some of the things you will be doing:
- Generally making sure everybody is having a great time.
- Ensuring the team are all looking after our guests.
- Cashing up at the end of shifts.
- Opening up or closing down of the facility.
- Ensuring restocking at the end of a shift.
- Complying with all the legal requirements.
- Supporting the F&B Manager with team training.
And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.
Skills, Experience, And Qualities You Will Need
We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice if you had:
- Customer service experience and skills.
- Relish the fast pace of a busy bar.
- Must be over 18 due to licensing laws.
- Be someone who does things without needing to be asked.
- Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are.
- Experience of working in a team.
