Food and Beverage Team Leader

Hours: Permanent Contract, 40 hours a week
Salary: £27,475 per annum
What we need in a nutshell
We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader who loves being where the action is. Working across our two fantastic venues, Six West and The Tipsy Eagle , you’ll support our F&B Manager to lead the team, deliver brilliant service and help drive sales.
Best of all, this is a permanent, year-round role , giving you the chance to really become part of the team and help us take our F&B offering to the next level.

What you’ll be doing
Leading by example, you’ll be motivating a team of F&B assistants to provide excellent service to customers in our busy bar and restaurant. This includes:
- Being at the heart of the action, serving customers, clearing tables, solving problems and leading your team
- Supporting the F&B Manager with rotas and making sure we have the right people in the right place
- Coaching the team to deliver brilliant service and confidently upsell
- Looking for opportunities toincrease sales and spendacross our venues
- Working closely with our kitchen team to control stock, reduce waste and protect margins
- Handling guest feedback and complaints positively and professionally
- upporting performance, training and development within the team
- Building a motivated team who take pride in delivering a great experience – even when we’re at our busiest One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
If you feel you have the ability to lead a team with confidence in a busy environment and you can tick the following boxes, we want to hear from you:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced and busy F&B environment
- Experience of driving revenue, we can help you with training
- A problem solver who can manage difficult situations well
- A champion in delivering excellence in customer service with evidence of previous successes
