What We Need In a Nutshell
We want our guests to enjoy time down at the pool and to be safe too, so we need qualified lifeguards who have outstanding people skills.
Responsibilities
- You will be the go‑to person at the poolside.
- You will look after everyone’s safety, keep the area clean and hygienic, and ensure we meet legal requirements.
- You will also be friendly, answering guests’ questions and making sure everyone has a great time.
- You will need to work on weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications
- Valid NPNQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification). We can provide training, but you must pass the swimming tests first.
- Fantastic interpersonal skills – assertive as well as friendly.
- Vigilant and helpful – guests come first.

- Successful application will require an Enhanced DBS check and any other required information in order before you can join the team.
