About the role
We are looking for a delivery driver from award-winning fish and chip shop to accommodation on park.
You’ll be a key part of our team, helping to deliver delicious takeaway meals for our owners and guests.
Catch 22, launched in 2022 as our first-ever fish and chip shop, is a standout venue delivering fresh, sustainable, and delicious takeaway meals to our owners and guests.
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in delivering one of the UK's favourite dishes in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member with a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent people skills.
A passion for great food and customer service is essential, and you must be available to work evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.
What you will be doing
We need someone who understands that a first-class guest experience is an essential part of their stay at Tattershall Lakes.
Whilst delivering consistency and quality in a fast-paced, retail catering environment.
Here are some of the things you will be doing
- Delivering food orders safely and efficiently to guests across the holiday park.
- Check all orders are complete, accurate and presented to a high standard before leaving the chip shop.
- Provide a warm and friendly service, creating a positive experience for every guest.
- Maintain communication with the kitchen and front-of-house team regarding delivery times and any guest queries.
- Keep delivery vehicles, bikes or equipment clean, safe and in good working order.
- Follow all health and safety, food hygiene and driving regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues, accidents or incidents promptly.
- Assist with basic front-of-house duties during quieter periods, including packing orders, cleaning and stock replenishment.
- Support the wider Food & Beverage team as required.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need
We have high standards! We will train you up, but you must
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- Must be over 21 due to business insurance
- A friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of the holiday park layout or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
