What we need in a nutshell
We want our venues and facilities to be so clean that they sparkle. So clean that when guests walk through the doors, we can hear them say “Wow!” This role requires a sharp eye for attention to detail.
Who are we?
We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from the day-to-day and our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn. You’ll help us get the heart of the park looking its best each morning, making sure our central areas are clean, fresh and ready to welcome our guests.
- Carrying out the morning clean of our central areas, including the Arcade, toilets, Driving Range, Guest Services and surrounding outdoor areas.
- Cleaning and maintaining floors, surfaces, desks, arcade machines and other guest touchpoints.
- Sweeping, mopping, wiping down and generally making sure everything looks clean, tidy and well presented.
- Emptying and checking internal and external bins around the central areas.
- Cleaning and restocking our guest toilets, making sure they’re ready for the day ahead.
- Keeping an eye out for anything that doesn’t look quite right and giving it some attention.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or jobs that need doing to the Guest Services team.
- Helping us maintain the high standards we want our guests and owners to see every day.

- Have an awareness of what clean means – which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well-done.
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude - delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team.
