About the role
We are looking for a bar and waiting team to join us at Tattershall Lakes Country Pub. Tattershall Park Pub is a vibrant, welcoming venue open to guests, holiday homeowners, and the public alike. With a fresh, in‑house‑made gastro pub menu served for both lunch and dinner, it is the perfect blend of classic charm and modern flair. The beautifully designed interior and stunning garden area create a warm, lively atmosphere—and as a full‑service restaurant, it is an exciting place to work for anyone who loves great food, great people, and a buzzing pub vibe.
What you will be doing
- Meeting and greeting guests with a friendly welcome
- Serving at the table while managing other tables within a section
- Serving behind the bar
- Taking orders and ensuring the guest has a brilliant experience
- Keeping your area clean, tidy, and well‑stocked
- Generally making sure everybody is having a great time

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need
- Customer service experience and skills
- Relish the fast pace of a busy restaurant
