To assist the F&B Manager & Venue manager in leading a team of Holiday Hero’s to deliver a safe, efficient and profitable food and beverage operation whilst delivering delight to guests.

What you’ll be doing
Leading by example, you’ll be assisting the Venue Manager in overseeing all aspects of operation, ensuring guests receive a Market Leading level of service. To support leading and developing our Team Leaders and team members who consistently showcase our core values of being Amazing, Attentive, Lovers.
This includes:
- Lead shifts and take control of day-to-day operation.
- Ensure FOH and BOH standards are maintained and ensure team are suitably deployed and organised to complete required tasks.
- Deliver a service operation that exceeds our NPS target. Keep up to date with TripAdvisor comments and scores and communicate to wider team.
- Drive Revenue across all areas.
- Control of food margins through effective stock management and work alongside front of house and kitchen team to ensure effective stock controls.
- Maintain control of cleaning and disposable costs in line with budget, ensuring Health and Food Hygiene standards are maintained.
- Support Venue Manager and F&B Manager in development of team and provide coaching and support.
- Maintain all systems, procedures and documentation needed to conform to Health and Safety.
- Ensure all accident and incident reporting is completed in full with sufficient evidence. Be able to explain and train process to wider team

- Manage, lead, train and motivate a team to deliver delight
- Support and oversee the smooth running of the bar and restaurant, the preparation for service, as well as overseeing service and supervising the after-service duties.
- Maximise sales whilst driving profitable growth with care and flair
- Carryout regular stock takes and order, as necessary.
- Handle deliveries and ensure health and safety regulations are always enforced
- Oversee and contribute to any project work as part of the upcoming development
