We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Sports and Leisure enthusiast, where you can use your wealth of knowledge daily. We are looking for self-motivated, driven individuals with a strong focus and track record of delivering and compelling customer experience and exceeding targets.

The nitty gritty of what you’ll be doing

Working as part of our slightly bonkers team of holiday heroes, you will oversee the management of the swimming pool with the Sports and Leisure Manager, and all the other fantastic leisure activities we have to offer (check out our website, some exciting stuff to get involved with). You’ll be looking after everyone’s safety, ensuring your areas of responsibility are safe, clean and meeting legal requirements and NOP’s. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a crucial part of the business and contribute to the continual growth and development of the complex.

You’ll also be leading by example: being incredibly friendly, answering guests’ questions and \’mucking in’ when you need to. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a challenge and enhance their career to the next level.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

There’s plenty of training, but what we require you to already have:

  • A current NPNQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
  • Great interpersonal skills – you’ll need to be assertive as well as friendly
  • Proven leadership skills
