The Nitty Gritty Of What You’ll Be Doing
Working as part of our slightly bonkers team of holiday heroes, you will oversee the management of the swimming pool with the Sports and Leisure Manager, and all the other fantastic leisure activities we have to offer. You’ll be looking after everyone’s safety, ensuring your areas of responsibility are safe, clean and meeting legal requirements and NOP’s. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a crucial part of the business and contribute to the continual growth and development of the complex.
You’ll also be leading by example: being incredibly friendly, answering guests’ questions and contributing wherever needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a challenge and to enhance their career to the next level. Holidays may require working on weekends and bank holidays.
Skills, Experience And Qualities You’ll Need
There’s plenty of training, but what we require you to already have:
- A current NPNQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
- A current PPO (Pool Plant Operations) qualification
- Great interpersonal skills – you’ll need to be assertive as well as friendly
- Proven leadership skills
