We're looking for a driven self-starter with a winning record to join our sales team as a Mid-Market Account Executive.

What you will do:

  • Close deals by effectively managing multiple sales cycles while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Research accounts and create effective client communication to generate new revenue.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to offer the best solutions through the Awardco platform and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate strategically across departments to provide effective solutions to client needs.

What you will bring:

  • Dynamic, people-oriented personality able to quickly adjust in a fast-changing environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales is a must, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with deals ranging in size from 40k-150k in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
  • Familiarity with longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Gong, and SalesNavigator is preferred.
