Role Summary
Awakn is seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with 0-1 years of experience who want to develop their business analysis skills in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Support the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyse data and provide insights.
- Help identify business challenges and work on developing efficient solutions.
- Assist in process mapping and business process analysis.
- Work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in a business analysis or related role (internships or academic projects can be considered).
- A degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with both remote and in‑office days.
