An excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and forward-thinking construction business delivering projects across multiple sectors. The company has a strong pipeline across MoD, defence, education, healthcare and residential sectors, with projects ranging from £15m to £100m+.

Working from the Central London office, you’ll take responsibility for commercial delivery across your own project or packages, working closely with operational and technical teams. This is an opportunity to join a modern contractor with a strong reputation, innovative delivery methods, and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

  • Manage commercial performance across projects

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Experience with a UK main contractor or developer
  • Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
  • Experience on projects within residential, healthcare, education or defence sectors beneficial
  • Commercially aware and proactive
  • Growing contractor with strong market presence
  • Diverse project portfolio and sector exposure
  • Strong pipeline and financial stability
  • Prime Central London office
