An excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and forward-thinking construction business delivering projects across multiple sectors. The Role

Working from the Central London office, you’ll take responsibility for commercial delivery across your own project or packages, working closely with operational and technical teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial performance across projects
  • Procurement and subcontract package management
  • Valuations, variations & cost reporting
  • CVRs, forecasting & financial reporting
  • Contract administration under NEC/JCT
  • Build strong relationships with clients and supply chain

Career Progression

Clear pathway toward Senior QS and Managing QS level as the business continues to expand across the UK market.

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Experience with a UK main contractor or developer
  • Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
  • Experience on projects within residential, healthcare, education or defence sectors beneficial
  • Commercially aware and proactive
