Based out of a Central London head office, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects across a varied and growing pipeline. The business is currently hiring across multiple roles, with opportunities spanning sectors including MoD, defence, education, healthcare and residential, with project values ranging from £15m to £100m+.
Depending on your level, you’ll either support or take ownership of commercial delivery on your project(s), with opportunities to mentor junior team members at Senior level.
Key Responsibilities- Support or lead commercial performance across projects
- Manage procurement, subcontractor packages & contract administration
- Prepare / lead valuations, variations & cost reporting
- Support forecasting and commercial strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior surveyors (Senior level)
Clear progression pathways available — from Assistant QS to Quantity Surveyor to Senior QS to Managing QS roles, with the opportunity to oversee multiple projects and teams as the business continues to grow.
About You- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Experience working for a main contractor or developer on UK-based projects
- Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Experience with mixed-use schemes
- Commercially aware, proactive, and motivated to progress
- Modern contractor with a strong UK-wide reputation
- Diverse project exposure across multiple sectors
- Innovative delivery model (off-site / industrialised construction)
