Based out of a Central London head office, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects across a varied and growing pipeline. The business is currently hiring across multiple roles, with opportunities spanning sectors including MoD, defence, education, healthcare and residential, with project values ranging from £15m to £100m+.

Depending on your level, you’ll either support or take ownership of commercial delivery on your project(s), with opportunities to mentor junior team members at Senior level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support or lead commercial performance across projects
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor packages & contract administration
  • Prepare / lead valuations, variations & cost reporting
  • Support forecasting and commercial strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Mentor junior surveyors (Senior level)

About You
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Experience working for a main contractor or developer on UK-based projects
  • Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts

  • Commercially aware, proactive, and motivated to progress
