Are you an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor with UK construction experience looking to gain exposure to one of London’s most exciting regeneration projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded London developer delivering a landmark mixed-use scheme in a prime South London location. The development will transform the local area, creating a vibrant new destination combining residential, student accommodation, commercial and community spaces within a major urban regeneration programme. The project will deliver circa 1,000 units across several high-rise RC frame towers, including buildings exceeding 30 storeys, alongside extensive public realm, landscaping, amenity spaces and supporting infrastructure.

The Opportunity

Working within an experienced commercial team and reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager, you will assist with the commercial delivery of major work packages while also taking ownership and responsibility for running your own packages from procurement through to final account. This role offers excellent exposure to a complex, large-scale project environment and provides a clear pathway for progression into a Project Quantity Surveyor position.
