An excellent opportunity for both Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors to join a modern, forward-thinking construction business with a growing presence across various sectors such as defence, education, healthcare and residential, providing a strong and diversified platform, backed by £140m+ turnover.
Based out of a Central London head office, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects across a varied and growing pipeline. The business is currently hiring across multiple roles, with opportunities spanning sectors including defence, education, healthcare and residential, with project values ranging from £15m to £100m+.
Depending on your level, you’ll either support or take ownership of commercial delivery on your project(s), with opportunities to mentor junior team members at Senior level.
- Support or lead commercial performance across projects
- Manage procurement, subcontractor packages & contract administration
- Prepare / lead valuations, variations & cost reporting
- Support forecasting and commercial strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior surveyors (Senior level)
Clear progression pathways available — from Quantity Surveyor to Senior QS, and from Senior QS into Managing QS roles, with the opportunity to oversee multiple projects and teams as the business continues to grow.
About You:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Experience working for a main contractor or developer on UK-based projects
- Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Experience on mixed-use schemes
- Commercially aware, proactive, and motivated to progress
