This flagship development will deliver circa 1,000 units across a large-scale site, comprising multiple RC frame blocks up to 25 storeys, with full BSR approval secured. The Role

Reporting into a Commercial Lead, you’ll take ownership of key commercial packages across this large-scale development from inception. You’ll be responsible for cost management, procurement, subcontractor management, and commercial reporting, playing a key role in ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support overall commercial performance across the project
  • Lead procurement, tendering & subcontractor management
  • Prepare valuations, variations & CVRs
  • Assist with forecasting & commercial risk management
  • Drive value engineering and cost optimisation
  • Ensure compliance with commercial procedures
  • Work closely with project, design & technical teams

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • 5+ years’ experience on large residential or mixed-use schemes
  • Strong RC frame experience (high-rise preferred)
  • Commercially astute with strong communication skills
  • Ambitious and motivated to progress
