AW Media Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with this purpose driven, non-profit organization that promotes collaboration and learning between the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors for the common good.
They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Membership Manager with a passion for public policy/government-to-business relations to build, manage, and deepen relationships with approximately 80 of their existing 250 members, spanning government, industry, and the non-profit sectors. With an interest in how cross-sector collaboration can support public good, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of engagement, retention, and satisfaction, acting as a key point of contact and advocate for member needs. Additionally, you’ll develop new business from existing members and actively seek new sales opportunities to grow the membership base.

We are interested in speaking to candidates with the following attributes:
- Prior experience in relationship management, account management, or client success roles, ideally within a membership-based or non-profit organisation.
- Proven experience in business development and selling products, offers or services.
- Either a background in public policy or a strong personal interest in current affairs and policy issues, allowing for informed conversations with the organisation's diverse membership base.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse member organisations.
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders across various sectors, with ability to build meaningful relationships.
