LGV Class 1 Night Drivers

AW Jenkinson Transport Ltd are currently recruiting for LGV Class 1 C+ENight Drivers based out of Lockerbie, South West Scotland.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with LGV C+E category (Class 1)
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• Valid DCPC card
• Valid digital tachograph driver card
• Sound geographical knowledge and understanding of UK EU LGV drivers hours rules.
• Min 1yr C+E driving experience preferred
• Experience of bulk haulage is preferred although not essential as full training is provided.
• The role involves operating both walking floor and chipliner (curtain sider) trailer combinations.
• This role involves working 5 nightshifts per week Monday to Friday, start time approximately 4-6pm each day.

Please note, our trailer gantry and fall arrest systems have a 22 stone (140kg) maximum weight limit.
