AW Executive is conducting a confidential search for a senior leader on behalf of an international business operating in the derivatives space. We are looking for a genuine builder with the market credibility, leadership presence and commercial edge to lead and scale a platform across commodities, or from a strong position in one or two major product areas.
Mission
Lead the next phase of development of the business, strengthen its commercial platform, expand its market presence and help build a high-performing organisation with a clear growth agenda. The role requires a leader who can combine strategic vision, commercial execution, team-building and strong market judgement in a demanding and entrepreneurial environment.
Profile
We are interested in senior profiles with a strong track record in derivatives, commodities or closely related markets. Candidates should bring clear franchise-building capability, strong commercial standing, proven leadership of teams and businesses, and the ability to grow a platform beyond its current base.
