The Role: Hosting, Game Design & Training:
This role is a blend of live event hosting, experience creation, and team training. You’ll:
✔ Host high-energy, immersive events (both virtual & in-person).
✔ Design new interactive experiences, including scripting, puzzles, and visuals.
✔ Train and mentor event hosts to maintain top-tier event quality.
⏳ Time Split: ~25% Hosting | ~50% Experience Creation | ~25% Training.

Your Responsibilities:🎤 Event Hosting (~25%)
- Host ~200 virtual and in-person events per year, including Game Shows, Quizzes, Murder Mysteries, and Escape Rooms.
- Perform in character across various immersive experience types.
- Deliver virtual events from home (all necessary tech provided).
- Travel for in-person events across the UK as needed.
- Provide feedback to improve event formats and delivery.
🎮 Experience Creation & Management (~50%)
- Collaborate with founders to create new virtual & in-person team-building games.
- Write engaging scripts for interactive experiences, turning briefs into compelling narratives.
- Develop game puzzles & challenges, designing fun and interactive activities for players.
- Source and create game graphics using tools like Canva & Midjourney (basic) or external designers (complex).
- Film and direct video content for games, working with editors to create high-quality assets.
- Continuously improve existing experiences, refining scripts, graphics, and gameplay.
🎓 Training & Quality Control (~25%)
- Train and mentor new event hosts and technicians.
- Update training programs as new games are introduced.
- Ensure top-tier event quality, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Strong performance background (acting, presenting, or live hosting).
- Experience hosting both virtual and in-person corporate events.
- Excellent scriptwriting skills for immersive experiences.
- Creative thinker with a passion for puzzle & game design.
- Highly organized project manager who can manage multiple creative projects.
- Proficient in Canva & AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney).
- Tech-savvy (OBS experience preferred but not essential).
- Strong leadership skills to train and direct event hosts.
- Detail-oriented with a high-quality mindset.
- Ability to drive in the UK (for in-person events).
- Based in or near London (1-2 days per week in our office).
