We are currently partnering with a highly regarded professional services firm looking to strengthen its Transfer Pricing practice with the appointment of an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high performing team working with a broad portfolio of multinational clients across a variety of sectors. The role offers strong exposure to complex international projects, significant client interaction, and clear progression opportunities within a growing and well respected practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver transfer pricing projects for multinational clients
  • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including master files and local files
  • Provide strategic advice on transfer pricing planning, policy design, and implementation
  • Support clients with transfer pricing controversy, audits, and dispute resolution
  • Work closely with international tax teams on cross-border structuring projects
  • Manage junior team members, providing coaching and technical guidance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Solid experience in transfer pricing gained within a professional services firm or advisory environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of OECD guidelines and UK transfer pricing legislation
  • Experience managing client engagements and delivering high quality advisory work
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff
