We're looking for a Senior Manager to join a fast-growing Global Compliance & Transformation practice, supporting multinational and financial services clients in managing their tax compliance, reporting and statutory accounting obligations.
The role involves leading complex corporate tax compliance engagements across a diverse client portfolio, spanning mid-market through to large listed groups across a range of sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on technical tax matters, drafting responses to legislative changes, supporting clients with their group and statutory tax reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, and providing tax technical input into audits of listed and non-listed multinationals. Additionally, you'll play an active role in business development and in coaching junior members of staff.
What we're looking for includes deep knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and hands-on experience working with large, complex groups. Strong project management skills are ideal, preferably gained through large or global compliance outsourcing engagements. Tax reporting experience is a plus but not essential. Qualifications such as CTA, ACA, ATT or equivalent, or qualified by experience are preferred.
What's on offer is a senior role in a growing, high-profile team with a broad and interesting client base. Flexible working arrangements are available.
