About the team
Our client's transaction tax team is distinctive in bringing all of its deal specialists together under one roof. The team's ambition is to offer a leading, fully integrated private equity service that supports investors from acquisition and value creation through to exit, across the global PE market. Alongside private equity deal advisers, the team includes specialists in portfolio companies, infrastructure, restructuring and fund and management structuring. This breadth gives the team natural resilience, as its focus moves between areas at different points in the economic cycle.
Within this group, our client's transactions tax team brings together people from a range of backgrounds. It advises on buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, tax structuring, funds flow, tax modelling and sale and purchase agreement reviews, as well as listings and carve-outs, often on high-profile transactions. Clients range in size and span every sector, and the team works closely with the firm's international tax network.
