As a Courier, you will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of shipments whilst providing an exceptional service to customers. You will represent both DHL Express and AVTAV whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety and customer care. Role Responsibilities The role may include: Collecting and delivering shipments within designated routes and timescales. Providing excellent customer service at all collection and delivery points. Loading and unloading shipments safely and securely. Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately using handheld technology. Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any defects. Managing delivery documentation and electronic records. Following route plans and operational instructions. Maintaining the security and integrity of all shipments.
