About the Client: We are recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver on behalf of our client, a provider of UK and European transportation services, air cargo screening, and general warehousing services.
Job Specification:
- Start Time: 22pm - 6am
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Any 5 out of 7 days (may include weekend work)
Responsibilities:
- Offloading and loading vehicles in the yard.
- Moving aircraft containers within the warehouse.
Pay Rates:
- Nights: £16.56 per hour.
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Counterbalance FLT Driver.
- A valid Counterbalance license.
Additional Requirements: As this role is connected to a major UK airport, applicants must consent to the following in line with Aviation Security Regulations:
- A 5-year employment history check.
- A UK criminal record check.
- An international criminal record check if residing in another country for more than 6 months.
- Relevant aviation security training (provided in-house by AVTAV at no cost to the applicant).
