We are seeking an enthusiastic Shop Manager to lead our charity shop. If you are retail-savvy with team motivation skills, this is your chance to make a difference and support a worthwhile cause.
A day in the life:
- Leading a team to provide excellent customer service
- Managing shop floor activities and behind-the-scenes operations
- Designing an engaging shop layout that connects customers to our cause

Requirements:
- Retail supervisory experience, excellent customer service skills, organizational and cash handling abilities
- Proven management skills to develop and inspire teams
