Salary: Β£23,850 per annum pro-rata

We are seeking an enthusiastic Shop Manager to lead our charity shop. If you are retail-savvy with team motivation skills, this is your chance to make a difference and support a worthwhile cause.

A day in the life:

  • Leading a team to provide excellent customer service
  • Managing shop floor activities and behind-the-scenes operations
  • Designing an engaging shop layout that connects customers to our cause
  • Achieving financial targets and managing staff and volunteers

Requirements:

  • Retail supervisory experience, excellent customer service skills, organizational and cash handling abilities
  • Proven management skills to develop and inspire teams
  • Target-driven, proactive, with IT skills
  • Passionate about the British Red Cross mission and community engagement
