The predicted salary is between 19300 - 25200 £ per year.

Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital

Salary: £22,932 per annum, pro rata (£12.60 per hour)

Hours: 28 hours per week (Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm; alternate Weekends and Bank Holidays 9am - 5pm)

Contract: Permanent

Driving: Full UK Manual Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years

Responsibilities:
  • Providing practical and emotional support, including welfare calls, shopping, and home visits.
  • Supporting adults after a hospital stay to help them recover safely at home.
  • Responding to referrals from clinicians and community health professionals.
  • Assessing needs and following a personalised support plan for each service user.
What you will need:
  • A kind, calm and confident approach with great people skills.
  • Right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles.
  • Basic IT skills and a commitment to following procedures.
