Hours: 21 per week, working Saturday, Sunday and Monday 1200 - 2000

Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2026

Additional Requirement: Applicants must have a full UK manual driving licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle.

What will a day in the life of a Support Worker involve?

  • Providing practical and emotional support, including welfare calls, shopping, and home visits.
  • Supporting adults after a hospital stay to help them recover safely at home.

  • Assessing needs and following a personalised support plan for each service user.

To be a successful Support Worker, what will you need?
