Role Description

As a Conveyancing Specialist at AVRillo Conveyancing, you will manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion in a full-time, remote role.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contracts, conducting title checks and due diligence, liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors, and resolving issues that arise during the transaction.

You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate case records, and progress files efficiently to meet agreed timelines.

The role involves clear, proactive communication with clients to explain legal processes, provide practical solutions, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement of conveyancing processes and collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong conveyancing expertise, with proven experience in managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Solid knowledge of UK property law, Land Registry procedures, lender requirements, and regulatory compliance (including AML and GDPR).
  • Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and maintain high levels of customer engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including accurate drafting, document management, and effective caseload prioritization.
  • Proficiency with case management systems and digital tools, and comfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and keep transactions on track.
  • Relevant legal qualification (e. g., licensed conveyancer, solicitor, or equivalent experience in conveyancing) is highly beneficial.
