- Level 1 support for end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, mobile phones, printers and peripherals.
- Enhanced level 1 & 2 hardware diagnosis and support for industrial equipment, including touchscreens, vehicle-mounted tablets, label printers, RF and mobile scanners, scales and industrial workstations
- Resolve hardware, workstation, peripheral and local connectivity issues within the defined support scope, escalating specialist infrastructure, network, application or security issues as required.

- Configure, stage, install, deploy, replace and relocate approved IT equipment across office, production, warehouse and vehicle environments.
- Support user lifecycle activities, including new-user setup and IT induction, moves/transfers and leavers, in line with Group procedures.

- Complete defined equipment and environmental checks, escalating concerns relating to connectivity, capacity, temperature or power.
- Maintain accurate asset, stock and CMDB records and manage local equipment, spares and consumables.
- Act as a key local contact for urgent production, warehouse and industrial IT hardware incidents.
- Record incidents, requests, actions and technical information accurately within the ITIL-based ServiceNow environment.
- Support IT projects and deployments through local device rollouts and "hands and eyes" assistance for specialist technical teams and suppliers.
- Follow Avril Group security policies, technical standards, change procedures and Oleon site safety requirements.
Skills and Experience
