About Us: AvPay is a leading platform dedicated to connecting aircraft buyers and sellers. We provide premium advertising solutions to help aircraft owners, brokers and dealers showcase their aircraft to a global audience. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through selling advertising space.
Position Overview: The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships by selling advertising space on our platform. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and secure new advertising clients, including aircraft dealers, brokers, and private sellers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Present and explain advertising options, pricing, and value propositions to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings and the aviation industry to provide insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Aviation industry knowledge or interest is a strong plus.
Job Specifics:
- Full time hours 30/week or part time 21/week
- Must be able to work until 20.00 on their duty days, in order to serve the US market
- Hourly rate £7.55 for 20 y/o. Hourly rate £12.21 for 21 y/o +.
