Avove is seeking a field-based expert to coach and assess site teams in CAT/Genny practices, traveling to sites (Derby, Telford or Cardiff) with overnight stays. You will guide operational teams, review competence, and investigate near misses to improve underground service avoidance.
You will be the subject matter expert for service avoidance on projects and bids, supporting with CAT data and asset identification. A company car or car allowance is provided.
