About the role

Working with the Planning Team Leader and a wider team of Planners, you will ensure work is coordinated and scheduled efficiently for our Field Operatives. This is a hybrid role based in our Brighouse office 3 days per week.

What will your day look like:

  • Planning a full schedule of works in-line with the set targets, planning ahead by 7 days.
  • Keeping a track of ‘Ops non-completions’ throughout the day and planning ‘top‑up work’ to meet the completion targets.
  • Working closely with Stores/Supervisors in order to plan and complete jobs.
  • Answering and resolving customer enquiries.
  • Answering incoming calls from ‘Customer’ and Yorkshire Water in line with the contract SLA’s.
  • Building effective working relationships with the Field Operations.
  • Undertaking ad‑hoc projects as required by the Planning Team Leader.

About you

This role is perfect for someone with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be client and customer focussed with a drive to move forward and bring betterment in each task that you carry out. You will have good IT skills (particularly in Microsoft Word/Excel) along with strong administrative skills and a knowledge of scheduling function.
