About the role… Join Avove at an exciting time of growth, where you’ll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile strategic projects that truly make an impact. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead critical contract mobilisations, transformation programmes and change initiatives from concept through to implementation, helping to shape future-ready processes that drive success across the business. What will your day look like…
- Working closely with the Head of Strategic Projects, you’ll be leading on contract mobilisations for new business and acquisitions
- Creating a centre of excellence for Change Management and Transformation
- Building a dedicated change management structure to significantly improve Avove’s integration capability
- Leading on Customer facing transformation programmes
- Process Mapping and opportunity identification across critical business requirements and projects
- Embedding a culture of Lessons Learnt as standard across Avove
- Work with enabling functions to define a tailored service/solution during the hyper care period of mobilisation
- Leading on the adoption of the Think Space improvement programme across the business
- Provide expert analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis for resolution of complex issues
- Building a strong connection with all functional and operational areas of the business
About you…
- Analytical mindset, problem solver able to understand potentially complex processes and make sense of them
- Self-motivated with ability to act on their own initiative
- Excellent (clear and accurate) verbal and written communication including conveying complex items simply to non-technical people
- System literate
- Teamwork – daily interaction with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience of business-wide transformation programmes
- Experience of Contract Mobilisation
- Change Management experience
