Avove is seeking a People Partner to join our People & Culture team. Based from our Chorley or Warrington office, with occasional travel to other Avove locations, you will act as trusted advisor to leaders, guiding talent, capability, and culture to drive high-performing teams.
You will lead employee relations, develop workforce plans, partner with L&D, and shape succession and engagement initiatives, ensuring practical HR processes and measurable business impact.
