About the role… We’re looking for a Graduate ESG Analyst to help deliver our net zero and social impact goals by collecting, analysing, and reporting sustainability data. You'll support ESG reporting, monitor carbon emissions and social value performance, and help demonstrate our progress to clients and stakeholders. You'll work with teams across the business to gather information, produce insights, and improve how we measure sustainability performance. As you develop, you'll take on more responsibility for managing data, identifying trends, and supporting sustainability targets. This is a great opportunity to build skills in sustainability, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement while making a positive impact on our business, communities, and the environment. This role is a September 2026 start. What a typical day could look like… Collect and analyse ESG and sustainability data. Support sustainability, carbon, and corporate responsibility reporting. Help monitor performance and track key metrics such as carbon, waste, biodiversity, and social value. Assist with audits, compliance activities, and ESG reporting standards. Support the accuracy of ESG disclosures and reporting. Work with finance teams to understand the link between ESG performance and business results. Analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate performance. Work with teams across Finance, Operations, Procurement, HR, and SHEQ. Support engagement with clients, auditors, and external stakeholders. Help communicate ESG performance clearly and effectively. About you… We’re looking for graduates who are curious, creative, and ready to collaborate to create change and bring fresh perspectives. You’ll bring insights from your education and life experiences, and we’ll empower you to make a real impact. You should be graduating in 2026 or already graduated from your degree qualification. You’ll be digitally confident, a clear communicator, and able to collaborate with others while also taking initiative. We value organisation, attention to detail, and a desire to keep learning. We welcome applicants from a range of degree backgrounds but a degree in a subject that is heavily data orientated would be fantastic! If you’re passionate about delivering change, we’d love to hear from you. MS Excel skills are a must for this role, you already need to have a high degree of competence.
