As an apprentice you will work 40 hours per week and your time will be split between site visits, working from your office location, working from home, and attending university in block placements throughout the year. • Developing your skills in preparing and reviewing design approaches, calculations, drawings and documentation.

We give all our apprentices the equivalent of one day a week to dedicate to your studies and time to attend training with your apprenticeship provider.

About You: You will need the following to be eligible for this apprenticeship:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at a grade 4 or above.
  • 3x A Levels at grades BBC as a minimum and one must be Maths. General Studies is not accepted. Or BTEC DMM minimum - at least a merit in both Maths and Further Maths units. Acceptable courses are Civil Engineering, Aerospace, Construction, and Mechanical Engineering.
  • A driving license is always a bonus. If you are currently learning to drive, we may be able to support financially towards this, dependent on meeting our criteria.

This opportunity would be a great fit if you’re confident using digital tools like Microsoft Office and enjoy working with others.
