We provide full training and continuous development to help you reach your potential. Due to growth, Avove are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, working on our Severn Trent Framework in Derby (we do operate a hybrid work policy).
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing financial monitoring and reporting across assigned contracts.
- Supporting the preparation, negotiation, and administration of construction contracts.
- Managing contract variations, commercial records, claims, EOTs, and valuations.
- Overseeing subcontractor procurement, appointments, and ongoing management.
Requirements:
- Background in both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects, ideally within the water/utilities sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing contract frameworks.
- Full UK driving licence (regional site visits required).
