  • Provide sufficient and timely supervision, assessment and coaching to your teams and supply chain partners to ensure all activities are completed to the required standards and are meeting the programme outputs.
  • Ensure the programme of work is adequately defined, resourced and programmed and risk management plans are in place.
  • Manage the quality assurance process and consistent application of the required procedures and standards defined in the Quality Management Plan.
  • Manage the productivity and utilisation of your teams and supply chain partners throughout the programme of work to ensure the work is delivered in the most cost-effective way.
  • Liaise and agree with supply chain partners to determine construction methods, design solutions and specifications on nonstandard work orders.
  • Ensure all key deliverables are issued to the Client on time and without exceeding the budget requirements.

  • Perform quality and statutory checks to ensure compliance of the contractual terms and conditions are met.
  • Monitor all delivery and financial performance against the programme of work. Identify any early risks and take the corrective course of action to minimise/recover the position against budgets and forecasts.
