Avove Utilities is seeking a People Partner to join its People & Culture team, based from Chorley or Warrington with occasional travel to other Avove locations. You will be a trusted advisor to leaders, driving performance through talent, capability and culture.
You will lead on employee relations matters, develop workforce and succession plans, and partner with L&D to shape development initiatives that attract, retain and develop exceptional talent.
