Avove is seeking to appoint a Lead HSE Advisor to report to the HSEQ Director and support the Severn Trent Framework. This pivotal role involves leading the HSE team, delivering the framework's HSE strategy, ensuring compliance, supporting bids and training initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners to drive a positive safety culture.

  • Owning and delivering the Framework HSE Strategy alongside the Framework Director
  • Leading the regional HSE team
  • Training of Deponent and development of system to support account
  • Working with supplier chain to ensure they stay safe and follow account and company standards
