About the role
Our Commercial Team working on the successful Severn Trent Water account are looking for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team. You will support the Commercial team in carrying out normal commercial and contractual duties, assist the operational teams as required, comply with Avove values, and ensure maximum recovery of contractual entitlement. This is a full-time permanent role and is a hybrid working position working from home and our office.
What will your day look like
- Support the Commercial Team to ensure compliance with Avove systems, processes and procedures on Contracts.
- Work within strict deadlines required under the Contract(s) and as required by Avove.
- Financial monitoring and reporting of Contracts assigned.
- Assisting and establishing suitable construction contracts with clients to suit procurement needs.
- Preparation of accurate financial reports.
