We’re now looking for an experienced driven Framework Manager to lead the successful delivery of our programme of work, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in one of the UK’s most important water frameworks – shaping how we deliver sustainable infrastructure that supports communities and protects the environment.

What will your day look like…

  • Lead delivery of a varied portfolio of projects, ensuring performance on safety, quality, cost, and programme.
  • Inspire and support Project Managers and delivery teams to achieve excellence across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, representing Avove as a trusted and collaborative partner to United Utilities.
  • Monitor performance, financials, and risks, implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Champion innovation and best practice, driving continuous improvement across delivery teams.
  • Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and accountability throughout all project operations.
  • Deliver a safe and effective service achieving targeted productivity, KPI and safety performance.

About you…

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects or programmes in utilities, water, MEICA, civils, or construction.
  • A strong track record in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Commercial awareness with a good understanding of contracts and cost control (NEC experience desirable).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
