The predicted salary is between 50400 - 61600 £ per year.

The successful applicant will be an exceptional educational leader who can lead the implementation of the new curriculum, drive the school's pedagogical vision, and work strategically with leaders and staff to improve learner achievement, engagement, and wellbeing.

You will require a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning, experience leading curriculum development and change, and the ability to use evidence-informed practice to improve student outcomes. A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi is essential, along with a proven ability to lead innovation, build professional capability, and contribute positively as a member of a high-performing senior leadership team.

As we are currently reviewing responsibilities across the leadership team, there is flexibility in the final allocation of portfolios. Accordingly, this role focuses on the capability of the leader: someone who can provide strategic leadership in curriculum and pedagogy, work collaboratively with HOLAs and middle leaders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through strong relationships and effective collaboration.
