We're looking for a Resident Liaison Co-ordinator to join our team at Avonpark Retirement Village in Winsley, Bath on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our residents during an exciting period of village development and investment. As the key link between residents, contractors, project teams and village management, you'll help ensure residents feel informed, supported and listened to throughout the development programme. If you're an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and creating positive experiences for customers and communities, we'd love to hear from you. This is a highly visible role within the village, requiring someone who is approachable, organised and confident engaging with a wide range of people. You'll act as the primary point of contact for residents regarding construction and development works, helping to communicate plans, manage concerns and ensure any disruption is handled with care and professionalism. Working closely with village leadership, contractors and project teams, you'll help maintain trust, foster positive relationships and ensure residents remain at the centre of decision‑making throughout the development period.
