The purpose of this role is to lead, manage, and continuously improve the company’s food safety and compliance systems. The Technical Controller ensures that all products are manufactured to legal, customer, and company standards while providing technical oversight to support safe food production.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years in a technical role or food safety leadership role operating at senior level
- Demonstrate ability to lead investigations and implement CAPAs
- HACCP Level 3 or 4 (Lead HACCP preferred)
